Recently, our portfolio of stock lenses was further enhanced with Zeiss ClearView technology. The Spectacle Factory became the first opticians in the UK to offer same-day service with Zeiss lenses.
With our innovative in-store lab, you’ll have access to same-day replacement glasses on 99% of prescriptions. That also means that if you want new lenses in your existing glasses, we’ve got you covered - without having to send them away.

We are so confident you’ll love your new glasses, we give you a 3 week period to return them to us and we will exchange them for another style, no questions asked.

You’ll receive free maintenance, repairs (where possible) and adjustments on your new eyewear for life.
Plus, every 6 months we’ll invite you in for a comprehensive glasses MOT.
Your VIP service includes a deep clean using an ultrasonic bath, a check of each screw, joint or hinge, replacement of consumable parts such as nose pads, and realignment to ensure they continue to fit you perfectly.
Not only will you benefit from free servicing, repairs and adjustments for life, but every six months you’ll be invited in for a comprehensive service on your eyewear.
