Every frame is handmade in France, with an obsessive attention to detail that transforms eyewear into wearable art — and this particular creation may be one of the most unique we have seen pass through The Spectacle Factory.

The front of the frame features an incredible quartz granite finish, giving the Minotaure Couture a raw, architectural appearance with remarkable texture and depth. This is paired beautifully with burgundy alligator and Parma exterior temples, creating a rich contrast of tones and materials that feels both luxurious and unmistakably individual.

On the inside, the temples are lined with plum goat leather, adding another layer of craftsmanship and comfort. It is these intricate details that make Lucas de Staël frames so special — every angle reveals something new.

To complement the frame, this pair was customised with premium IOT lenses featuring a striking burgundy-to-wine bigradient tint. The colour transitions effortlessly through the lens, creating a sophisticated finish that perfectly matches the deep tones found throughout the frame design.

The lenses were then enhanced even further with a pink photochromic and drive coating, allowing the glasses to adapt beautifully in changing light conditions while also improving comfort and clarity behind the wheel.
