If you want glasses which are stunningly beautiful, unique and expertly made, there are perhaps none better than the incredible creations of Lucas de Stael.
We recently visited the Munich eyewear show ‘OptiMunich’ (check out our instagram to see some of the pictures from our trip) to source the latest styles and technologies in eyewear. We go on trips like this at least once a year to make sure we’re offering the very best to our clients.

While we were out there, we met with the team at Lucas de Stael and took the decision to stock their incredible selection of frames. In this blog I’m going to tell you what makes them so special.
Lucas de Stael frames are made from natural materials such as leather, stone, wood and even more exotic materials such as stingray leather. Each of these provides a unique finish which can’t be replicated in any other material, and also ensures that each Lucas de Stael frame is totally unique.

Each individual piece is made entirely by hand by expert craftsmen in a small workshop in Paris; a process which takes roughly 4 weeks from start to finish.
We are constantly developing our own tools, prototypes and methods, in order to offer truly unique frames

The result of this process are frames which look like nothing else, but also feel unbelievably comfortable on the face and are absolutely built to last.
We have a selection of frames to try on in-store, and you can also order frames to be made for you in any material and colour you like. Our advisors can help you select the perfect style, material and colour that best suits you.
